Book keeper role is much more than just balancing the numbers but probably involved in dealing with the

Tax Advisors are usually ATT/CTA Qualified and they specialise in Taxes both on a National and International Level
and advise in detail on the tax planning and other more complicated Tax issues such as
Capital Gains Tax
and many other complicated rules, which are usually assessed on a case by case basis.
